Purchase procedures shall be organizeed and shall take place in conformity with the following legal providings :

● The Disposition of the Director General of SNTFM „CFR MARFĂ” SA no.48 of 02.09.2013 concerning the procedure for the organizing, developming and assigning purchase contracts within the National Railway Transport Company „CFR MARFĂ” SA,

● Law no.357/2005 concerning the commodity exchange,

● The Regulations of the Romanian Commodity Exchange concerning the conclusion of contracts for purchase of commodities, services or works by means of bidding,

● Law no.346/2004 concerning the incentives for the founding and development of small and average companies, amended and completed by the Government Ordinance no.96/2012,

              As per the provisions of art.1. “Object and general characteristics of the procedure”, item 1.2. “Specifications” of the “Instructions for bidders” in the Documents of the procedure:

● „ SNTFM „CFR MARFA” S.A. reserves its right that, any moment before starting the procedure or during the procedure, before the signing of the contract, without additional justifications, to postpone, rescind or annul the starting or developing of the procedure. The postponing of the starting, suspendarea or annuling of the procedure shall not trigger any liability for compensation in the responsibility of CFR Marfă S.A.“

             The Purchase procedures shall be organized and shall develop in conformity with the following legal providings:

● Law no.357/2005 concerning the commodity exchange,

●The Regulations of the Romanian Commodity Exchange concerning the conclusion of the contracts for purchase of commodities by bidding,

● The official document of the Ministry of Transportations no.21779 of 09.05.2013 concerning the alienation/sale of any patrimony commodity from the units that are subordinated, coordinated or under the authority of the Ministry of Transportations.
